I really wanted to go to this too.
Thanks for the heads up Boss-Jock.

I tried to go because I was able to rework my schedule. However, this is the reply I received via e-mail...
"Alex, unfortunately, the response to this program was overwhelming (about 200). Our facility can only hold 100 tops so we have been notifying those people after 100 that we cannot accommodate them. So sorry, but we will let you know if another program will be scheduled or if an audio tape of this program will be available soon. I'll keep your information and get back."

Well, the audiotape sounds promising.

I can be so gullible I amaze myself.
Here is a reply I received from earlier today...
"Unfortunately, no audio was taken that evening. Sorry,"

I made a couple of attempts to get a reservation. I even asked if I could come, and only be allowed in if the event was not overbooked.
Ms. Pizzo stated that they had reserved 125 people
figuring that up to 25 might not attend.
I wonder how many actually attended? I only called once I knew for certain I had no other obligations. Perhaps it would have been wiser to book early on, and then if I could not make it, cancel a day or two before.
That still would have left them plenty of time to get someone else in, and I wouldn't have been left twisting in the wind.
